How to order my digital illustration?

First of all, go to the Shop then select the kind of illustration you want. Next choose the orientation of the illustration from the drop-down option, then select how many people you want in the frame from the drop-down menu, then add any customization you want. Now upload the picture you want to be illustrated. Click Add to Cart button and head to Checkout. Enter your contact email and payment details. Pay through variety of options available and you will receive an order number.

 

How will I receive my order?

A digital copy of your illustration will be sent to the email address that you provide in the contact details section.

 

What if I provided a phone number instead of an email address in the contact details section?

We will contact you to get your email or you can always contact us, mention your order number along with the issue and we will respond to your query as soon as possible.

 

How long does my order take to complete?

Most orders are usually fulfilled within 3-7 business days. 

 

What are the kinds of illustrations available?

Three kinds are offered namely Head & Shoulder, Half Length and Full Length.

  

Do you offer physical prints of the portrait?

No, currently physical prints are not offered however it is in the works and our customers will be informed of its launch.

 

Do you offer cancellations or refunds on order?

Cancellations and refunds on placed orders are not entertained.
